抄録
Recent laboratory studies concerning the pathophysiology of spinal cord trauma has led to a marked heightening of interest in this problem in the United States as well as elaswhere in the world and I will attempt to summarize for your interest the newer avenues in both laboratory and clinical research and draw some tentative conclusions relative to the treatment of patients with damaged spinal cords.
