1. The growth of a mold “Penicillium javanicum” which was cultured on the medium con-taing soluble starch, sucrose or glucose as a single carbon source, was disturbed temporarily and almost recovered soon after, but sometimes the mycelia were killed completely according to the intensity of the ultrasonics. This fact is the same as the result of my recent paper in which a medium was used containig by malt saccharified sweet potato.
2. Some hydrolases as amylase, inaltase and saccharase of this mold have considerably high resistivity against the ultrasonics in comparison with its dthydrase reported in my recent paper.
3. The acrd formation was effected with the resemolance to disturbance of growth.
