植物カーボニックアンヒドラーゼの電気泳動について

抄録

By using a simplified apparatus for gel-slab electrophoresis, carbonic anhydrase activities were detected on the gel. (i) Polyacrylarnide gel slabs of linear gradient gel concentration were prepared for horizontal-type electrophoresis. (ii) Zymograms of carbonic anhydrase activites and of proteins from lettuce leaves were observed together with an authentic sample of bovine erythrocyte carbonic anhydrase.
