The purpose of this study is to identify the functions of the management philosophy and the objects of penetration that are important to the management of agricultural corporations. An interview survey was conducted with six managers of agricultural corporations. The results suggest that they place more importance on building trusting relationships with stakeholders outside the organization, depending on the location of the business location, and on building a sense of unity and motivation within the organization and motivating employees, rather than on creating a positive image outside the organization, depending on the relationship with customers. In addition, the results of comparative verification with previous studies showed that the functions emphasized by different types of farming are environmental adaptation for rice and vegetables, legitimate functions for fruit trees, and adult integration and motivation for livestock farming.
