A rare case of large mixid tumor which encountered in the nose and paranasal sinus of a 62-year old male is reported.
The large tumor which occupied left antrum and left nasal cavity causing marked swelling of the left cheek was successfully removed “en block” with Weber's incision and followed by tele-cobalt therapy.
Diagnosis of mixed tumor with malignant character was confirmed by microscopic examination, while no evidence is avairable so far to indicate recurrence of the tumor at 11 months postoperatively.
