For the early treatment of the perceptive deafness caused by otomicrosurgery, significance of early detection of the change of bone conduction threshold has been discussed based on selfexperienced cases.
Avairable literatures were referred for the incidence pathology and etiology of the condition. Furthermore, importance of meticulous surgery with skillful hands has been stressed for the prevention of postoperative deafness.
