It is common knowledge that a small drop of Liquid on an inclined solid surface has a tendency of sticking to the surface of solid. Experimental study on the apparent contact angle on the inclined surface and the shape of the drop is conducted. It is shown that the contact angle and the shape of the drop are expressed easily by a polynominal series without any complicated numerical calculation. It is 'confirmed that they do not depend on the material constant of the solid surface.
