This document describes basic stance about tourism policy of Kyoto City, advantages and problems shown by various data. Number of annual visitors to Kyoto City is over 50 million in late years. Number of annual lodgers was over 15 million in 2017. Now, harmonization of resident life and tourism is very important problem.
