Mobility as a means of transportation is undergoing a drastic change due to popularization and in-novation of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). Autonomous car driving technologies is cur-rently under development. Among them, the concept of Mobility as a Service (MaaS) has been established, and it is an opportunity to recapture the whole Mobility as a Service. In this article, we discuss MaaS that should be used in the tourism field and attempt to design a service related to mobility from the technical innovation and regulations.
