Delivery adjustment activities are the important business processes in supply chain management. We
set a production seat booking system as a new management platform which has a role for fulfill the calculation
requirements on the appointed date of delivery of the supply chain. Then, we expressed the conventional and new
adjustment activities of appointed date of delivery in a 3L map, and evaluated activities based on the number of
hierarchy and information lead time in the conventional and new activities in the business process. Furthermore,
we expressed the information links among organizations which constitutes a supply chain to a matrix. Using the
principle of the page rank calculation, we calculated the difference of the relative information value and a valueadded
of each organization in a supply chain as an evaluation index of the supply chain. We assumed that the
design of the information network which reduced the difference between the relative information value and a
value-added of each organization is necessary for the effective operations of the supply chain and analyzed an
evaluation index comparing with the conventional and new process of adjustment activities of the appointed date
of delivery.
