Achieving goals toward the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions requires developing carbon-neutral ships and fishing vessels, loading new technology on operation method improvement by automatic driving device and meteorological information. In this study, we have made a system dynamics model divided into two sub-model, design and inspection, production of the experimental ship. Our results demonstrate that the process management of the experiment is important to complete the production on the scheduled completion date.
