Road traffic, public transportation such as railways and buses, and other sectors of transportation are not only highly specialized areas traditionally overseen by experts, but they also underpin our daily movements and directly impact our lives. Furthermore, there is a significant number of enthusiasts among the general public, and trends in this sector often garner considerable attention. In this presentation, while focusing on the crucial role of IT in transportation, we will discuss the potential of Civic Tech in the transportation sector, considering its historical context.
