Artificial intelligence (AI) is being utilized in a variety of fields with remarkable speed. As the practical application of AI advances, concerns about ethical, legal and social issues (ELSI) are increasing. This study summarizes the characteristics of AI-based autonomous technologies and discusses the quality and management required when implementing autonomous technologies in society. We illustrate the risks involved in autonomous technologies such as generative interactive AI using Large Language Models (LLMs), and discuss the management system for these risks, and then, demonstrate the new assignments for quality management in the future.
