Adventure safely culture is an important key to a challenging society, but it must be supported by solid technology that supports a challenging society. As part of the creation of such technology, this paper reports on the development of test methods for safely simulating wind tunnel fall tests necessary for the development of technology to protect people from the adventurous and challenging hazard of falling flying vehicles, and the research and development of flying vehicles that can fall and land slowly without tipping over.
