I continued research on increasing diagnostic accuracy by multiple tests. It was found that negative inter-test correlation improves diagnostic accuracy. This paper focuses on how to treat the inter-test correlation coefficient and overall diagnostic accuracy. It was cleared that the more overall diagnostic accuracy of the multiple test is earned in case of the less inter-test correlation coefficient. A randomized generation method of simulation data which has arbitrary sensitivity, specificity and inter-test correlation coefficient of each test, was developed.
