In this paper we examine a method for presuming similarities between bacterial floras using dendrogram. In the presented method, a dendrogram is constructed based on DNA sequences obtained from intestinal bacterial flora. Dissimilarities between bacterial floras are calculated by UniFrac. All the bacterial floras are visualized on a two-dimensional plane by multidimensional scaling (MDS). To illustrate the presented method, we apply the method to 16S rDNA sequences of intestinal bacterial floras.
