Radiation transport simulation codes such as PHITS and Geant4 play an essential role in developing various technologies, for example, radiation therapy and so on. These simulation codes incorporate nuclear reaction models. These models are known to have no predictive power in cluster productions. We have proposed a new model describes cluster production as knockout reaction and pickup reaction. The results of this model calculations showed good agreements with those of experiments. Using this model, PHITS will be further imploved.
