Handball Game is a basic human behavior "Run", "Throw", "Jump"for the sports. Modern handball game has been demanded improvement in complex tactical. We analyzed the tactics from bioengineering approach focused on the attack of each generation. In this study, we investigated the elementary school and junior high school and college student game. And, we discuss the existence of the tactics and techniques that are characteristic of generation in order to get a score in the multiple regression analysis. As a result, "Breakthrough method" , "Breakthrough position" and "The type of shots" that there is another feature of the generation were found. It was possible to show the difference between tactics and quantitatively by this generation.
