Evolutionary biologist Jaileid Diamond analyzed various civilizations that existed in the history of human beings over 10,000 years. I explored what is the difference between "surviving civilization" and "collapsed civilization" and wrote a masterpiece called "civilization collapse" (Kusansei). The conclusion he drew out was shocking. The cause of the collapse of civilization is neither war nor sick, nor food crisis. It is said that it is a difference whether or not you have seen 'values to take over' and 'values to discard' when history comes to a big turning point. In this paper, we criticize the theory of collision of civilization, distinguish Western European civilization which divides the subject and object into two, and asserts the return to the origin to Toyo civilization integrating as the main customer. In fact, it seems that the civilization culture that worships the 8 million gods of our country can become the ideological foundation of future diversity management.
