Innovation and entrepreneurship are neither science nor skill. It is practical. Of course knowledge is indispensable. Knowledge of the entrepreneurial spirit of new farming serves as a means for carrying out the purpose. Therefore, in this paper, the success story backed up by the entrepreneurial spirit is left to Mr. Kinouchi. Mr. Kinouchi is a new farmer himself. He is a farmer in a large plantation. Unfortunately, his experience of success and the victims of the Kumamoto earthquake, we will also discuss the situation afterwards. In this paper, institutional relations with innovation and agricultural cooperatives including entrepreneurial spirit, etc. are shown with methodological totalitarianism, methodological individualism approach. An economic analysis framework for new farmers is indicated by an institutional approach.
