Microwave ceramics of Sr(Bi1-xNdx)8Ti7O27 for Wireless Technologies were prepared by the solid-state reaction method. Dielectric properties of the ceramics, such as dielectric constant, quality factor and temperature coefficient of resonance frequency, were measured, in addition to the ferroelectric loops for the samples. Experimental results showed that the ceramics behavior weak ferroelectricity, resulting in high dielectric constant of about 150 at frequency of 10 GHz.
