Commercial TiO₂ nano powders were coated on aluminum plate using plasma spary technology. The coated layers were characterized by using SEM, TEM, XRD. Also mechanical property of coating layers such as microhardness was measured. These coating layers were utilized to compare the reactivity of photocatalystic reaction.
