We have been developed a spray pyrolysis deposition (SPD) technique for the thin film processing technique. Since the film formation is done in air by a simple apparatus, various kind of thin films are spplied at reasonable cost.We applied SPD technique to fabricate dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSC). DSSC is consisted of a porous titanium dioxide (TiO2) layer on the transparent conductive F-SnO2 layer. The surface morphology of TiO2 layer can be controlled by choosing source solution. The photovoltaic property of DSSC was measured under the quasi-sunlight at AM-1.5. The light-to-current conversion efficiency reached as high as 6.8%.
