For recent 8 months 11 patients were treated by TEM for rectal lesions in our hospital. Eight malignant tumor including 3 residual tumor which were suspected after endoscopic polypectomy and one benign tumor were resected safely and their surgical margins were all negative. TEM is suggested as an effective, accurate and minimally invasive therapeutic procedure.
