Effects of chinoline, hydrocinchonidine derivatives and organic mercuric compounds on the motility of boar spermatozoa are studied. 8-Oxychinoline, chinine, 5'-bromohydrocinchonidine-6'-azo-2, 6-diaminopyridine triacetate were effective, but no parallelism was found between their spermatocidality and combing forces for Mg++.
