抄録
I) A case of a twenty-seven year-old male Patient was reported, showing various obscure clinical symptoms during hospitalisation and confirmed as periarteritis nodosa at necropy.
II) In this case Periarteritis nodosa picture of the retinalarteries was an important symptome in the clinical diagnosis.
III) Cortisone was clinically temporarily effective but because of fibrosis brouglt about by this drug it was believed that the local symptoms have been aggravased.
