The goal of smart homes is to optimize the living environment, such as automation and energy saving. However, excessive pursuit of convenience can lead to a passive life. Therefore, instead of aiming to make buildings and cities smarter or more almighty AI, the purpose of this research is to propose building AI and IoT utilization as triggers to promote active living. It also aims to solve social issues such as vacant buildings, vacant lots and lack of workers. 1. Set up a real target area and a target building to demonstrate the proposal. 2. Install a single board computer with environmental sensors connected to the building inside. The aim is to promote the utilization of buildings by promoting environmental information to SNS by pseudo AIs as if the buildings have personality. 3. Promote the smart share of buildings and the equipment and appliances in them with IoT devices such as smart keys and smart plugs. 4. Observe, collect and analyze user status in the above experiment. We also discuss tourism, participatory town development, cooperation between buildings, security and security, and the ethics of artificial intelligence. In conclusion, we show that the proposed building AI can prompt user activity and regional communication.
