Abstract
Micro channel was fabrication by laser in a laminate film on a glass substrate, and produced the micro channel for a blood test. The sandglass type channel was fabricated using this method. Moreover, this channel succeeded in flowing the blood to the center of channel, by flowed a physiological salt solution in both sides of the blood. Then the blood and the solutions were flowed by a free falls by gravity like a sandglass. In this type, the flow width of the blood was about 30 μm and not good for the blood test, because blood corpuscles were overlaps. In this report, we measured convergence of flow widths of blood with a changing the length of blood and physiological salt solution reservoirs from the confluence point and their volume.
