Abstract
Fine particles can be self-assembled by discharging and drying suspension that contains particles. Controlling the position between a substrate and a jet nozzle, the assembly can be produced at intended position without mask. Moreover, it is possible to obtain three dimensional structures by stacking the assemblies repeatedly. However, the stacking mechanism has not been made clear. This study aims to clarify such self-assembly and stacking mechanism. It was found that monolayered structure can be obtained by choosing particle concentration depending on the wettability of the substrate and steady interface has homogeneous structure when the staking number is less than three.
