Companies are facing a business environment that has a significant impact on their management strategies, such as the coronavirus pandemic and the war in Ukraine. The question is how it should be constructed and operated that a system to consistently provide products and services that satisfy customers under new strategies and plans. This paper describes how companies can apply the intentions of ISO 9001：2015 to their business operations. Proposals are made to improve the effectiveness of management system audits that contribute to improving the organizational capabilities of companies.
