The purpose of the research is to study ISO 9004：2018 standards and develop mechanisms and tools that lead organizations to sustainable success. The following three requirements are required to realize this. Requirement 1：Responding to the needs of customers and society. Requirement 2：Hone your organizational strengths. Requirement 3：Educate staff to become the high quality business person. We start creating a mechanism based on these hypotheses.
The aim is for organizations to use data and digital technology to clarify the needs of customers
and society, create new products and services in accordance with them, and transform the
organization’s management systems, processes, knowledge inheritance＋learning, and company
culture to establish an technological advantage over competitors and lead to the sustainable success
of the organization.
