Abstract

In recent year city or prefecture set up a vacant house bank to deal with increasing vacant house, but this bank does not play a role in its goal sufficiently because of scarcity of registered house. As a good countermeasure against scarcity of registered house, the policy measures of subsidy for house repair are implemented by city or prefecture, but the subsidy have the potential to be changed its effect by differential structure of subsidy. So in this paper, after we construct agent-based models that can weigh up the way of subsidizing house repair from registered house increase in vacant house bank and the business balance to research more effective the way of subsidizing house repair, and validate this models, we try to weigh up policy measures by implementing the simulation under some subsidy scenarios.
