Abstract

New Town Regeneration, it is necessary that young people are to diversify the age structure of residential areas by living in the new. To facilitate a new residence in young people, it is necessary to provide a housing that fits the needs of the young people. It is a joint house of detached houses and rent at the appropriate site scale. In this study, to target detached New Town(DAIWADANNCHI) of City of Kawanishi in Hyogo Prefecture, to investigate current state of DAIWADANNCHI, the new residence of young people, the awareness of residents to the diversification of Residential applications. The results analysis, it is an object to obtain a knowledge in order to take advantage of the district plans to New Town Regeneration.
