Abstract

As the decreasing of birthrate and increasing of aging population, it is expected that the demand for medical care will increase. Therefore, “Medical care MaaS” is being considered the provision services that are less burdensome for patients. In this study, we analyzed the current hospital behavior necessary for the realization of “Medical care MaaS”.The results revealed the following.(1) Depending on the level of public transportation, the means of transportation used for travelling to the hospital behavior will change, but the ratio of using personal automobile is high regardless of ages.(2) City characteristics affects origin of traffic and medical facility fulfillment ability the destination. (3) Elderly people tend to visit medical facilities closer to their homes.
