Currently, in order to prevent climate change associated with global warming,COP27 has been studied in various countries around the world, and has adopted a policy called"VISIONZERO"aimed at reducing CO2 and garbage,which is a cause factor mainly inEurope. We need to create and build an "infrastructure public space society". The chaotic urbanization (hollowing) associated with the declining birthrate and aging population will create very important social issues such as high cost structure, high energy structure, and slamming. These social issues will also have global environmental impacts, such as climate change associated with global warming. In particular, I would focus on the "Chrono Urbanism" policy, which means "a city that can be accessed by bicycle", which means "a city that can be reached by bicycle", and i think it is necessary to contribute to Japan's regional plan, which is facing an aging society in the future.
