Today, community revitalization efforts utilizing outdoor activity events are being implemented in many areas. The purpose of this paper is to examine the achievements and challenges of community revitalization by utilizing outdoor activity events through " Ryogouchi Rogaining " in the Ryogouchi district, Shimizu, Shizuoka-City. In conclusion, the results suggest that one of the outcomes of the project was the strengthening of community cooperation, while the lack of effectiveness measurement with objective data is a major issue.
