Abstract

In recent years, there has been a renewed demand for "comfort" in cities, and the importance of nearby parks and green spaces as places where people can find peace of mind and body in cities has been recognized once again. This paper is part of a joint research between Hibiya Amenis Co., Ltd. And Chiba University to understand the usage characteristics of people in small-scale open spaces in office districts, and to provide basic knowledge regarding the future development and management of open spaces in office districts. This is a preliminary report on the results of a survey conducted from July 2022 to June 2023 with the aim of obtaining.
