A study on conditions of neighborhood movements and the legal factors in construction of apartment buildings

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to search for the factor of the various problems between apartment buildings developer and resident around apartment buildings. There were problems respectively for the developer side, for the resident side, and for the system regulations and the system operation. We examined the problem in the system regulated and the system operation.Consequently, there was incompleteness in the above-mentioned points of the method of specifying zone restrictions, the system regulated and the system operation of the deregulation type, the entrepreneur escapes intentionally from Building Standard Law and the development ordinance.In addition, penal regulations of the guidance outline etc. are lack, and regulations of the conflict prevention ordinance are insufficient.
