Abstract

This study aims to analyze contents of transition from independent ordinances to landscape plans and delegation affected by landscape act across the country. The frame of new made type plan and shift type plan is similar and the number of them was almost equal. But the number of new made type has been increasing more than that of shift type in recently. About contents of the transition, more than 80% autonomy reinforced their landscape control measure. Especially, it is remarkable in the preservation system of important buildings. Meanwhile, It is remarkable to delete landscape agreement and landscape council from independent ordinances.We need grasp not only description but also their actual conditions.
