Abstract

Various environmental problems happen now on the earth. Every country in the world is working for the solution. However, the natural disaster attacks us by force. We took it as a matter of course till now. Under the technology and the civilization that developed highly, we must minimize a natural menace. The Arakawa lock gate is near to us. However, we do not pay attention to this very much. So I mention the history and utility and a future ideal method.
