This paper attempts to investigate the representations of the minor parts in the scenarios of Sacre Rappresentazioni in order to explain their contribution to the formation of the community in the 15th century Florence. Especially what we are concerned with “subsumption” and “elimination” on the minor parts such as the country dwellers, leprosy, hunchback and Jewish people because it is reasonable to suppose that the artificial manipulation, namely “subsumption” and “elimination”, makes them be boundary or critical points of religious and secular sphere which composed the community at that time. The important part of this argument is that we can find a kind of Bio-politics in Sacre Rappresentazioni and the figures of these minor parts are interesting samples of nowaday “states of exception”.
