Screening of habitat condition is a crucial material for ecological conservation. The lack of this process would promote accidental destructions of ecological functions in river landscape. The present study is conducted for predicting microscopic geomorphology in river landscape with macro-scale geographical information such as geology and topography in the watershed area. Physical characteristics in sub-watershed scale have been investigated by using the GIS (Geographical Information System) technique, whereas microscopic geomorphology in river landscape has been described with field measurement. By combining the results of multi-scale information of geology and topography, river landscape could be hierarchically illustrated.
