Ground temperature detection of 1 meter depth was applied to riverbank in Watarase River. Ground temperature detection of 1 meter depth could get information of leakage flow in riverbank where there is the concern of existence of leakage flow. A real-time observation system using Spread Spectrum radio method with high-speed synchronize method and optical fiber network system in riverbank was constructed. Measurement results showed good agreement with boring investigation. Comparison between data obtained in deferent date showed that ground temperature detection of 1 meter depth has good stability and reproducibility. And the measurement results showed that the ground water could move to the other place or change their shape. Changing process of ground water was simulated by Poisson equation, with good reproducibility.
