With the advance of the laser measurement technology, the laser point group data can become easily gained through the laser measurement by MMS (Mobile Mapping System), and it is expected to utilize for the levee maintenance management in the future.
In this study, considering the influence of the plants on the levee surface and the difference of the density of the laser point group data depending on the levee location, we evaluated the density of the laser point group data which are effective to evaluate the height of the levee surface by using the actual levee cite data. This result will contribute to the advanced management of levee maintenance by using the laser point group data in the future.
