Abstract
In this paper, we first constructed a worker model with a U-shaped line which is an example of the line layout of a human-oriented production system, and considered data about the physical load of a worker such as the standard time, energy consumption and time to recover from fatigue. Then, in order to evaluate the workload in a human-oriented production line, we are developing a work design method with a work design simulator and a process design simulator.
