Abstract
The wireless technologies enable data exchange between in-vehicle and out of vehicle just as telematics services. And now Java technology is proposed as the platform of in-vehicle terminal because of its platform-independence. We show the Java virtual machine with the extension API for our in-vehicle navigation system, and some telematics applications.
