Abstract
The discussion about the citizens participation type technology assessment is implemented by various techniques. They are effective but inefficient because of being done in facings.In this research , we developed and tested "pTAS" do participatory technology assessment on the Web. This paper reports the outline of "pTAS" , experiment result of this system and consideration of the result.
