Abstract
This paper proposes new automatic guidance and control system for all type ofground vehicle and 3-diemnsional vehicle using retro-reflector and light beam system. Key technology is new invented corner-cube reflector system. Detailed systems are proposed and discussed. Airdraft ausomatic landing, AGV guidance, Lunar-explolation robot or lunar vehicle landing guidance, and personal navigater system for blined persons. are described and discussed.
