Abstract
In order to raise the rank on performance for Decision Making Unit, this paper presents a new Data Envelopment Analysis with rank order. This technique is based on comparison a DMU not only to efficient DMUs but also inefficient DMUs. This paper also illustrates numerical experimentation.
