Classification of time series data by multi-layered neural networks

Abstract

In this report, a distributed-cooperative learning algorithm of multi-layered neural networks (NNs) is newly proposed. In the proposed learning algorithm, the learning data are exchanged among the group of NNs based on the idea the clustering method. Finally, we apply the proposed learning algorithm for a section segmentation problem in non-stationary time-series data.
